If you have
a question or problem with any of our products, you can e-mail us
at info@she-works.com. If
you have ordered something and need to return it, you can send it
back for a complete refund of your purchase price. Shipping costs
are reimbursed on any incorrect or defective products we shipped
to you. Please make sure you include all of the parts for the item,
and the original tags and inner box, if there were any. Include
a note that says why you're returning it, which is especially important
if you found something wrong with the item, and let us know whether
you want a replacement or a refund. You need to return any non-defective
merchandise in new, as-received condition, within the first 60 days
after you receive it. If you purchased the item by credit card,
your credit card will be credited. If you purchased by check or
money order, we will issue you a refund check.
Please send
any returns to our warehouse at the address below. You should
insure your package and keep a record of your shipment for your
own records.

Our products
are guaranteed to be free of manufacturers' defects for at least
one year. If you ever have a problem with a defective product, please
let us know and we will replace or repair the item for you.
