Your life
is busy enough without any shopping hassles. We believe one
of our most important jobs is making sure that doing business with
us does not add any stress to your day.
No news should
be good news. You should be able to confidently await receipt
of the products you order from She Works. All of our products should
be delivered in perfect condition and on time. If that is not going
to happen, for any reason, then one of our associates will personally
call you and let you know what is going on with your order. She'll
tell you when you can expect delivery, and will make sure you want
to go ahead with your order.
You should
never be disappointed. We want you to feel good about your purchase
from the moment our products arrive at your door. Your satisfaction
should last the lifetime of the product. If you don't like something
you ordered, or it is just not what you expected, then don't keep
it.
If you are
not happy, we are not happy. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, then return it within 60 days for an exchange
or
full
refund of the purchase price, at your option. If you paid by credit
card, your credit card account will be credited. If you paid by
check or money order, we will issue a refund check. Simply follow
the instructions included with the packing slip, and return unused
items to:

If it breaks,
we'll fix it. Our products are warranted to be free of
manufacturer's defects and to work as intended for a minimum
of one year from date
of purchase. If you ever have a problem, just call our customer
service department (1-877-917-8769 during 9-5 PST). We will
gladly replace or exchange the defective
product (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse of products, and
deliberate damage.)
We can't
stop time, but we can rush your order. In-stock orders
are shipped within 2 business days of receipt and delivered
within
3-7 business days
using standard ground service (excluding weekends). If, for any
reason, we are unable to ship your product within 3 days, we will
notify you of any delay and confirm your intentions to proceed
with
the order. Oversize items have additional shipping charges,
as indicated below the product description for oversize items.
International orders call 1-800-201-6269 for additional shipping
information.
Due to the large increases in the cost of expedited shipping, we’ll be pleased to ship your order any way you want (FedEx 2nd Day Air, 3-Day or Overnight, or USPS Express Mail), as long as you pay the direct cost of the expedited shipping for your order. If you select one of these expedited shipping options, we’ll add on a $5.00 handling charge when we process your order in our warehouse before shipping. After your order is shipped, we’ll come back and charge your credit card the actual cost we paid for the expedited service (and we will send you a copy of the receipt). If you select an expedited shipping option, you are approving up to $80 in actual shipping charges for the expedited shipment of your order. We will not exceed $80 without prior approval of the actual charges by you. We can also bill your FedEx shipper number, if the shipment is going to the same billing address registered for that shipper number. We won't
sell you out. We will not sell your name or address to
anyone. We may occasionally exchange your name with other
quality catalog mailers. If you do not want your name exchanged,
please
call and and let us know when you place your order. If you
ever wish to stop any She Works mailings to you, or
are
receiving
duplicate
mailings,
simply write or fax us and include a copy of the mailing label
you
wish to discontinue.
